Have you recently heard the news about our fascia?
Fascia is not only regarded as our soft tissue in between organs and throughout our body. It is also a cellular water structure that conduits electricity! Recent science have found that fascia does more than simply help our muscles move and many other functions, but also have a direct relationship with our emotional wellbeing and can also be impacted by the environment we find ourselves in.

Guidance on pathways to better wellbeingI offer online consultations and I also do 1:1 sessions online and physical to aid the release of stress in the body. The stress can be emotional, trauma-based, environmental impacts, food and daily habits as well as how you move. My techniques are somatic movement exercises, breath awareness, visualization and coaching as tools to change your pathways from stress to ease. My inspirations come from many sources: Qi Gong, Medical Qi Gong, Somatic stretching, Craniosacral therapy, lymphatic pathways of the body, and more. Often the answers are connected to the past, but many steps can be taken to increase your own wellbeing in the now. Together we can approach your stressors in a pace that is good for you and allows the learning to be integrated over time for long-lasting beneficial change.
